A little about us.  With combined 50+  years experiences in the Real Estate and Escrow fields, Dan and Marion Wilfong have joined together to form “Team Wilfong Real Estate.”   We are your answer to quality service, for all your real estate needs in the senior community of Laguna Woods Village (formerly Leisure World) in Laguna Woods.

Dan has a GRI and SRES and Marion has 12 years escrow experience in Laguna Woods Village (formerly Leisure World) handling a broad range of escrows for a variety of seniors.  Marion is also a certified loan document signer and a Notary Public.  After retiring in escrow, Marion obtained her real estate license and joined Dan in real estate.  Team Wilfong is a well balanced, efficient and functioning team.

In addition, we offer our services to include other Senior Communities such as Costa Del Sol and Palmia.  Our past experiences have been in Commercial Real Estate, the Retail Business, Property Management as well as Human Resources, making our combined business knowledge well rounded to better serve you. 

A strong emphasis these days is on the Baby Boomers and seniors’ are sometimes overlooked.  Our intent is to bridge that gap since the Boomers are now approaching senior status.

Relocation is a stressful time in our lives and we promise to provide you with as much information as possible to ease your relocation worries.  These would include providing you with information on Shopping, Restaurants, Doctors, Hospitals, Hotels, etc. in our area.  With our many years serving the Senior Community, we are in a position to be of service to you before, during and after the sale, listing or lease.
